MASSAGE THERAPY

Sean Mahoney

Sean Mahoney has danced professionally since the age of 15, from ballet to Broadway. Dancing with The Paul Taylor Dance Company, Parsons Dance, American Repertory Ballet, and The Radio City Christmas Spectacular has given him first hand experience in to the myriad ways in which a body can move. During years of touring worldwide,  he also took local body work classes, from Africa to Asia, cultivating a new passion for massage therapy. Tyr Throne, Mark Stevens, Eric Demry, Nicole Mitsch, and Jason Armstrong were some of the Therapists he trained under. Sean finally retired from the stage in 2019, and turned that passion into personalized body work by graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Stephen Macquignon

Stephen has been practicing massage therapy for over 30 years, treating a very diverse range of people and conditions. His work as a painter and illustrator has helped create hands that are creative, technical and healing. He merges many techniques into a style that is intuitive and practical, always bringing ease and movement to the whole body while also focusing specifically on stuck and painful areas. Stephen’s work includes joint mobilizations, fluid, deep flow massage, compression, Reiki, lengthening and centering. Everyone has a different fingerprint: in 30 years plus, no two clients have been alike. His deep listening, responsiveness and an array of techniques have meant that in 30 years, no two treatments have been same.
